Lowell Rice is the lead pastor at Owingsville First Church of God, where he has been serving since 1977. With a passion for preaching the Gospel and leading others to spiritual growth, Brother Rice brings over 50 years of experience in ministry. Known for a compassionate leadership style, he focuses on fostering a strong sense of community, empowering others in their faith, and equipping the church for mission. Brother Rice and his wife Elaine live in Owingsville, and in his free time, Brother Rice enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and riding his motorcycle. 

Shawn Tolle is the associate pastor at Owingsville First Church of God, where he supports the lead pastor in overseeing the spiritual growth and ministry programs of the church. With a heart for service and a passion for discipleship, Shawn works closely with various ministry teams and helps guide members in their faith journeys. Shawn having been recently ordained by the Church of God is committed to fostering a welcoming, supportive church environment.   Outside of ministry, Shawn enjoys running and spending time with his wife, Robin, and their daughter, Karson.
